I am a member of ADF and have become aware of a grove located in Ann Arbor. I'm curious if there may be any Druids that are also members of ADF, or simply practice the way of the Druid in this community... thanks!!!!

Hi, I just joined today and wondered if anyone out there has a suggestion for me. I am a person that really wants to return to work after not working for 9 years. I wanted to raise my 3 daughters. I am an MD but in the time off became so holistic that I am not even a cam doctor....in other words i have no career to go back to. I have gone to sooooo many conferences and classes on alternative healing yet i don't know how to pass all of this on right now.....don't want to make this too long but wondered if anyone is out there that might help me get started again??? Thanks...any input is appreciated. Annette

Hi:

I just joined and it took a minute to figure out how to reply. I am a very wholistic healer/ D.O. General
Internist with a Family Practice Board Certification. I did and taught Osteopathic Manipulation at the
Osteopathic School (MSU) and also went to China in the 1980's to study Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
I have also been out for 14 years raising my son. I am also trying to go back to work, but must say--going
FORWARD to work (for the right visualization of it)! I do not know if I have any answers, but I thought
it might help to converse about it together and see if something brings about inspiration in each of us.
I have some visions in mind. I understand many of the barriers. I have had an office waiting for me here
around the corner for 4 years! (and then my Father had 2 serious heart/ vascular operations where I was
very present and my mother died in the interim). Now I am on the diving board ready to leap again, but
not sure how to do so! So, if you would like to converse, I would like to do so. It is a challenge to try
to do work that is at an almost esoteric level in a sometimes very conventional world or form. I do not
know if Crazy Wisdom gives out email addresses or numbers. My e mail is [e-mail]. I look
forward to the possibility of conversing with you at this important juncture. I know other people like us who
have done this.
