The queen of cups ... 19 june 09
Her story is deeply emotional, a vast sea of life's moving waters.. She has no fear of feelings as she has explored all of them, pouring herself into a thimble or a vast ocean.
She has mastery with her feeling. She intuits the flow of others and seeks to act appropriately.
As you consider the Queen of Cups that lives in you; What personal story does she call you to, that sustains your own emotional flow? Awareness around how much you 'pour' out to others? Be that too much or not enough. How might you let the harbour of your feelings be occupied by you little fleet of boats and not the whole community? Or do you need the community?

I've become more and more aware of how much I "pour" to others. Knowing this helps me gauge how much I've given and when I need to step back and refill. And to help replenish my emotional flow, I tend to just take some me time. But that's typical for an introvert.
